By enrolling in the Pink Mini Site Prize Program, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription & Access

• Directors are billed $7/month for access to monthly prizes, resources, store downloads, and tools.

• Subscription includes: monthly recognition templates, scripts, promo images, stickers, and access to our lead-generating store with a coupon code.

• The $7/month subscription is a founder’s rate and is subject to change at any time.

• An active subscription and valid payment method are required to maintain access and prize fulfillment.

2. Achiever Prizes

• Directors are responsible for paying $5 per monthly achiever.

• This fee covers the setup and delivery of the Petite Pink Mini Site and/or monthly add-on prizes.

• All Achiever prizes are delivered directly to the consultant by our team; Directors are not required to fulfill or distribute prizes. You will be notified once delivery is complete.

• Directors are responsible for ensuring their consultants submit accurate and complete information. Incorrect or incomplete forms may delay delivery, and resubmissions require a new $5 charge.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Petite Pink Mini Sites and monthly add-ons are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after Achiever information is submitted and payment is processed.

• Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.

4. Ongoing Use for Consultants

• Petite Pink Mini Sites are valid for 6 months.

• After 6 months, consultants may:

  • Continue their Petite Pink Mini Site at $5/month (cancel anytime)

  • Upgrade to a full Pink Mini Site for $15/month

  • Upgrade to the annual Pink Mini Site plan for $89 (first year, 50% savings)

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; cancellations stop future billing but do not refund past charges.

• To cancel, notice must be given before the final day of the current month, or the account will be canceled the following month.

• Achiever fees ($5 each) are non-refundable once prize delivery has begun.

• If a payment is declined, the prize will not be delivered until payment is successfully processed.

6. Use of Resources & Intellectual Property

• All templates, scripts, images, digital products, and resources inside the Pink Mini Site Store are for personal use only.

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of resources with other Directors, consultants outside your unit, or third parties is strictly prohibited.

• All site designs and templates remain the intellectual property of Becky Heller Co.

• If unauthorized sharing is discovered, your account and program access will be terminated immediately without refund.

7. Program Updates

• Pink Mini Site by Becky Heller Co. reserves the right to update prizes, add-on options, or resources at any time to improve the program.

• Pricing and inclusions may be adjusted at any time. This initial subscription rate is a founder’s rate and may increase in the future as additional features and tools are added.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Pink Mini Site by Becky Heller Co. is not responsible for business outcomes (including consultant performance, sales results, or recruiting outcomes) related to the use of Petite Pink Mini Sites or included resources.

9. Communication

• By enrolling, you agree to receive emails regarding prize fulfillment, delivery updates, and information about new features or resources.
